Senior Account Executive

Craftom is a B2B gifting and shipping platform that is capitalizing on the emerging remote shipping market. Craftom helps startups, professional sports teams and large enterprise companies send hyper-designed gifts, swag, essential supplies, office and IT equipment to anyone, working from anywhere.

Things to Know About This Sales Role

  • You will be working closely with our founder to help execute Craftom’s sales strategy, have input on building out the SDR team and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role

  • You will be selling into Marketing and HR departments. Once inside an account, Craftom’s strategy is land-and-expand: our platform can ship for all departments; including Marketing, Sales, Customers Success, Human Resources and IT.

  • Our typical deal size is low teens to mid 20’s but quickly accelerates into 6-figure spends annually across multiple departments

  • Our ICP sweet-spot is 500-5,000 employees (Big SMB to Upper Mid-Market) with a growing footprint in the enterprise space (10,000+ employees)

Requirements 

  • You have 2-4+ years of B2B sales-closing experience

  • You have consistently carried and closed a 1M+ annual quota 

  • You LOVE hunting down new logos in a competitive landscape

  • You excel at cross-channel, account-based sales to remote decision makers

  • You leave your ego at the door

  • You are hardworking, teachable, flexible and dependable

  • You want to help build something exciting and are energized by the speed and fluidity of working at a startup

Bonus Skills

  • You have experience selling B2B software

  • You have experience selling direct mail, corporate gifts, promotional products or office equipment to corporate accounts

  • You have experience selling into Marketing and Human Resources departments

  • You have experience directing SDR outbound efforts

  • You have experience selling with HubSpot CRM, Salesloft, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or Seamless.ai 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Taking qualified meetings from a dedicated SDR, while executing your own prospecting efforts and closing all new business opportunities to meet a 1M annual quota***

  • Working closely with the Craftom founder to develop new outbound strategies to Marketing and Human Resources prospects

  • Working closely with a dedicated SDR to help set appointments with ICPs

  • Assisting with building out an SDR team

  • Creating cross-channel, account-based cadences within Salesloft to develop new business

  • Managing and accelerating deals to close within HubSpot CRM

Compensation and Role 

  • $60,000 annual base compensation + uncapped commission on all new gross sales (founding stock options available after a vesting period). Expected TAC: $155K-200K+ 

  • 3 month contract to hire 

Location

  • 90% remote, 10% onsite (some team meetings are held onsite in Charlotte, NC)

  • (Preferred but not required) You live within a 6 hour drive of Charlotte, NC (i.e. the Southeast)

***A note on quota - Craftom’s founder closed 600K in the last 6 months while building the platform and running the business in a global pandemic… And we don’t even think he’s that good :)
